Yes, so what am I doing? I am coooking sausages for dinner. In a wider context, I am doing *really* boring admin/data entry/rubbish for the Hamster Constabulary's police staff recruitment department. Yes, it *is* the hamster constabulary. I'm beginning to appreciate how much time a full time job takes up, and I'm not sure I like it! Never mind, I only have to wait until Thursday before I'm unemployed again. Let's just hope it doesn't take the agency quite so long to find me another job. The people I work with are cool, though. Jacqui brought us pain au chocolat for breakfast this morning which was lovely of her.

I have now returned from the pub and to my LJ. I feel g & t may help. Thurstan passed his CCNA today so we're celebrating. For those people who aren't geeks that's a geeky computer engineering exam which according to Karen, who I work with, makes me one step closer to being a kept woman!

Yes, so I'm going back to London for the weekend tomorrow. Sunday is Anita, Owain and Elaine's 21st birthday celebration, so we're going to the zoo. We shall try not to leave Owain behind.

I think I'm writing rubbish now, so I shall go and do something more productive, like play dumb computer games. Ciao, my darlings.

So yes, I'm sorry I haven't updated in ages. I've been having housemate issues. I have lost yet another housemate, so that's three housemates so far this year. I'm very very glad about this one though. I have finally woken up to the fact that Fee has been using my friendship for two and a half years and so we have complained about her many anti-social habits and unless she changes she's out next week. She is showing no sign of doing so, so yes, it is kind of sad but I've had enough. She has insulted me, my family, my friends and my boyfriend enough. Talking of which, she also told my parents all about Thurstan, but far from her intention of making a mess of my life things are absolutely fine, so I feel pretty good about the whole thing, quite surprisingly.

So I have a problem. I'm in London and next to nobody else is. Hum.

Well, clearly, many people are, but unfortunately few of them are likely to go shoe shopping with me.

So unless somebody randomly appears I shall have to go shoe shopping on my own.

Why do I need shoes, you ask?

My new housemate has 40 pairs. This distribution of shoes is clearly unbalanced and must be rebalanced.
